Assist the Purchasing Team in day-to-day tasks and project coordination Prepare and manage data and reports using Excel Communicate with suppliers and internal departments in a professional and timely manner Help with the planning and organization of purchasing activities and inventory tracking Follow up on orders, shipments, and supplier communications Travelling and one on one communication with the suppliers Support documentation, filing, and other administrative duties as required
