Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, online help systems, and release notes. 2. Gather and analyze information from various sources, such as product specifications, technical diagrams, and developer interviews. 3. Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content that is easy for users to understand. 4. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. 5. Conduct technical reviews and perform quality checks on all documentation. 6. Work closely with product development, engineering, and support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. 7. Assist with the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and online help resources. 8. Stay current on industry best practices for technical documentation and information architecture. 9. May be involved in the development of training materials and presentations.
